What to expect

Sessions are done one on one. It’s just you and your psychologist.

It lasts for 45 minutes to an hour.

With the help of your psychologist, you’ll set goals for yourself and the therapy.

Counseling is not one size fits all. Sessions vary depending on the issue being resolved.

Meet your Psychologist

Leslie Kay Lim Carlos MA, RPsy

Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach

Leslie has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas with the goal of becoming a doctor, but she decided to transfer her focus to the mind, brain, and mental health instead. She graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. Her interest in the mind-body connection has fueled her to also become a certified functional medicine health coach. She has received training in mindfulness meditation as well as in a movement-based neuro performance method for brain development.

She is a registered psychologist and uses her functional medicine training from the IFM and her other trainings together with traditional therapy techniques to strive to give clients a holistic, healing, and educational therapeutic experience.
