A product is only eligible for returns if the bottle was damaged en route to your shipping address. Rest assured, all our supplements before dispatch are meticulously inspected to make sure your orders will arrive in good condition. If, however, you receive your orders with damage, you may send a request for a product replacement/ refund by:
- Emailing firstname.lastname@example.org indicating if you want the product replaced or refunded
- Sending a photo of the damaged product
Our team will get in touch to book the pick-up of the damaged product and send you the replacement if you chose to have your item replaced.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return and refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs (P180) for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
